John C. Fleming O.D. 
Dr. Fleming is a graduate of Southern California College of Optometry, and has been in private practice for over 20 years. He specializes in treating refractive disorders of the eyes and is also certified to treat external eye diseases. Dr. Fleming fits all types of contact lenses. He also does lasik consultations as well as pre and post operative exams for one of the most respected lasik centers in San Diego.
Dr. Fleming is married with two children so he knows about giving the utmost care for healthy eyes for all family members.
Dr. Fleming has been reconized for his service to the community by both the Rancho San Diego/Spring Valley Rotary and Lions Clubs.

Kenny Hoang O.D.
Dr. Kenny Hoang received his bachelors from University of California, San Diego in 2017. He graduated with Honors from Southern California College of Optometry in 2022 and returned home to practice in San Diego.
Dr. Hoang completed a rotation at the VA Hospital in Las Vegas where he received extensive training in treating glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy and macular degeneration in the geriatric population. He also gained valuable training in treating eye infections and external eye conditions for patients of all ages at the Indian Health Service in Arizona. Dr. Hoang is passionate in fitting contact lenses and treating dry eye syndrome and strives to provide excellent eye care for all his patients.
On his days of Dr. Hoang enjoys surfing at the beautiful beaches and riding his mountain bike on the trails in San Diego. He also enjoys traveling, exploring new restaurants, and hanging out with his cat.
Jeff Grosekemper ABOC
Jeff Grosekemper is American Board of Opticianry Certified. He graduated Edutek Technical School of Opticianry in 1993 and received his certification in 1994. He has been with Casa de Oro Eyecare Optometry for 22 years. He is born and raised in San Diego and spends his free time hanging out with his wife and 4 children. He enjoys people and takes great pride in helping our patients with all their eye needs.
Alejandra Saucedo
Alejandra has been a patient of Dr. Fleming’s for over 15 years and joined the staff in 2022. Her experience of having worn glasses and contacts since she was young made her especially helpful for patients with new eyewear.
Alejandra spends all of her free time outside of work with family and her son, Andres. She was born and raised in San Diego and her family still lives here locally. She attended San Diego State University and continues to grow her knowledge in and outside the office.
Pamela Garcia
Pamela has over 2 years of experience as an optician and strives to fit patients into their perfect pair of glasses. She is thoroughly invested in providing exceptional eyecare in a fun, friendly, and effective manner. Pam enjoys taking the time to get to know her patients.
On her free time, you can find her out on adventures with her best friend Walt (an adorable pug) and hanging out with family and friends.
